Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations（返品・交換・キャンセルについて）

・商品に不備があった場合の返品・交換は、公式InstagramのDMにて承ります。返品・交換にかかる送料は当ショップが負担いたします。

If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us via our official Instagram DM. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

・お客様都合によるご注文後のキャンセル、返金、返品、交換はお受けできません。

We do not accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges due to customer circumstances after an order has been placed.

お客様都合の例：
サイズ間違い、商品が不要になった、商品の状態や色味がイメージと異なる、ごく小さな汚れや傷、着用後に生じた汚れや傷、配送ポリシーの未確認、その他お客様側のご都合。

Examples include:
Incorrect size selection, no longer needing the item, differences in the expected condition or color, minor stains or scratches, stains or damage after wearing, failure to review our shipping policy, or any other customer-related reasons.

・手作業での採寸のため、1〜2cm程度の誤差が生じる場合がありますのであらかじめご了承ください。

Please note that due to manual measurement, there may be a 1–2 cm difference in size. Thank you for your understanding before making your purchase.

・初期不良による交換をご希望の場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。7日を過ぎた場合は対応できませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

For exchanges due to an initial defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.

・配送状況や貨物の遅延により、予定より到着が遅れる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated arrival date due to shipping conditions or cargo delays.

・発送後の配送先住所の変更はお受けできません。

The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.
