・上記の配送期間は、ご注文完了後から商品到着までの目安です。

The estimated delivery times above are calculated from the date your order is completed until the item is delivered.

・追跡番号は、お荷物がお客様の所在国に到着し、現地配送業者への引き渡し手続きが完了した後に発行されます。

A tracking number will be issued once your package arrives in the destination country and is processed by the local shipping carrier.

・ご注文状況、商品の準備状況、物流の混雑、通関手続き、その他の配送状況により、上記の目安よりお時間がかかる場合がございます。

Delivery may take longer than the estimated time due to order volume, product preparation, logistics congestion, customs clearance, or other shipping conditions.

・ご入金が確認でき次第、ご注文完了となります。

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

・ご入金の確認は、原則としてご注文いただいた翌営業日に行われます。

Payment confirmation is generally processed on the next business day after your order is placed.

ORDER & DELIVERY PROCESS（ご注文から商品到着までの流れ）

ご注文 → 入金確認 → 商品準備・検品・梱包 → 発送 → 国際輸送 → 現地配送業者による配達 → 到着

Order Placed → Payment Confirmation → Product Preparation, Inspection & Packaging → Shipment → International Transit → Local Carrier Delivery → Delivered

1）ご注文完了後、「ご注文内容の確認メール」をお送りいたします。

After your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

2）商品準備・検品・梱包完了後、商品を発送いたします。

Once product preparation, inspection, and packaging are completed, your order will be shipped.

3）お荷物がお客様の所在国に到着し、現地配送業者への引き渡し手続きが完了した後、追跡番号をメールにてお送りいたします。

Once your package arrives in the destination country and is processed by the local shipping carrier, your tracking number will be sent to you by email.

※商品の準備状況や物流状況により、発送時期および配送予定日が前後する場合がございます。大幅な変更がある場合は、速やかにお客様へご連絡いたします。

4）商品の到着までお待ちください。

※複数の商品をご購入の場合、準備ができた商品から順次発送し、複数の荷物に分かれて届く場合がございます。
