Looking Back at the RYE CHASIN NYFW "ASIANSEXYTEAM" Runway Show

Highlights Seen in the Looks
1. East Asian graphics front and center
A black knit with a green tiger jacquard pattern, styled with layered pink and white lines. The hood worn like a balaclava, covering the area around the face, is striking. Other looks also feature bold graphics using Asian characters and motifs, such as denim covered all over in kanji and Chinese text, and a leather jacket with "LOVE 2" on the back and large kanji on the front.
2. Treated denim and glitter
The star of the bottoms is washed denim. The jeans are slim-straight in a vintage blue scattered with glitter, catching the light even around the back pockets. The brand's official site also lists glitter vintage-wash slim-straight jeans and dirty-wash denim with 3D whiskers.
3. Layers of fur, leather and sequins
Outerwear in contrasting textures appeared one after another: a long beige-toned fur coat, a pink graffiti-print hoodie, a vivid pink fur hat, a black leather jacket and a sequin hoodie. On the dark-toned stage, pink and red accents stood out strongly.
4. Voluminous shoes
Chunky, voluminous platform leather shoes and boots worn over the hem of the jeans also helped define the silhouette of each look.
